Our Reset & Rise workshops give teens practical tools to manage pressure, maintain energy, and walk into the exam room feeling grounded and ready. Each two-hour session combines yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques designed specifically for the challenges of exam season. Attend one workshop when you need it most, or book all three for complete support from early revision through to results day.
